QA Engineer (Senior Tester)

Work directly with developers and team leaders to ensure smooth product delivery with high quality
Create detailed tracking reports to track issues and resolutions
Create, track, execute, measure, and intelligently optimize test case suites across products
Collaborate smoothly with developers and product managers in a technical environment
Oversee creation and maintenance of automated test suites

Minimum 3 years of experience as a QA Engineer
You’ve worked in an Agile environments
Solid grasp knowledge of Agile software tools, such as JIRA, Rally or similar
Sufficient understanding of development process and technology to facilitate defect assignment
Knowledge of software development lifecycles and processes and software testing methodologies
Great English verbal & written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field

Special consideration given to:

Programming or design experience
Experience with automated testing, mobile testing
Excellent communication, interpersonal, management, problem solving, and leadership skills
Demonstrated attitude and aptitude for an energetic startup environment
Overseas education and/or working experience is a BIG plus
