Job Details
- Analyze, review and evaluate the business requirements, specifications and models
- Contribute with the tests planning according with the project goals, context and risks
- Contribute with the coordination and definition of the test strategy aligned with the project plans
- Design and execute test scenarios in order to evaluate the expected results
- Contribute ideas for making the application better and easier to use
- Report and monitor defeat by using bug tracking tools
- Ensure on time, on budget, and the quality of the product
- Implement standardized quality management process software-test, coaching, training new QC/QA members
Job Requirements
- At least 4 year experience as a QC Engineer in Web-based or Mobile Application Testing
- Deep understanding about software testing, concepts, practices and lifecycle
- Ability to analyze requirement and discuss with customer
- Strong knowledge in testing skills, ability to write SQL queries for testing the data
- Good time management, self-management, and problem solving skill
- Have experience about Automation Test is big plus
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM is a plus
- Good responsibility, good in communication and collaboration with related teams (Dev, BA,…) as well customer
- Enthusiasm with the ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects
- BA/BS degree or equivalent. ISTQB certified is a plus
- Good English communication is plus
