Job Details
- Via the Support Board in JIRA, the support engineers would be required to:
- Validate and classify (triage) any new tickets;
- Where the fault is injected by code change, determine the development that was responsible for that code change;
- Document all findings when investigating;
- If possible, propose a solution for fixing the issue.
Job Requirements
- Project prefers back end with strong SQL and English speaking skills.
- .NET programming
- C# / .Net framework / OOP
- SQL programming (Paging, Stored Procedure, Trigger) (JAVA), MS SQL Server
- On the fly scripting of queries (safely)
- Understanding of tables and joins
- Ability to read complex stored procedures C#
- Debugging skills essential
Nice to have:
- Graylog search experience (Lucene)
