Job Details

• Take responsibility for designing, developing, and executing quality assurance and control processes, test strategies, test plans and test cases that verify a software conformance to define acceptance criteria.
• Refine test plans, processes and standards continually, document and implement test plans (scope, strategy, estimation, budget, schedule, resources management).
• Review and revise acceptance criteria to guarantee they are fit for fulfilled purpose.
• Coordinate with team members and involved parties to clarify the testing needs, project scope and priorities.
• Apply testing process effectively, follow, improve and enforce a bug workflow to facilitate reporting.
• Review test cases, bugs and qualify bug’s severity and priority, come up with suggestions to improve overall quality.
• Design and execute test cases in various types of testing and testing levels.
• Produce test reports to project managers and clients on timely basis.
• Follow up with client including surveys about the quality of the projects to ensure high satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of testing experience in Software/ Digital Services Industry and 2 year of Senior/ Team Leader position in an Agile software development.
• Good command of English communication in oral and written skills (at least TOEIC 700)
• Strong experience in responsive web applications and Mobile application.
• Quality Control Professional certificates (ISTQB, etc.) is preferred.
• Thorough understanding of the software life-cycle.
• Good understanding of various type of testing and design test case techniques.
• Good presentation, collaboration, communication skills and strong working group ability
• Customer-focused mindset, can-do attitude and high team-work spirit
