Fram^ is actively looking for Senior Python Engineer to improve the product and to develop new features of a web-based product in the home and auto insurance business. Most important is that your coding should be at the highest standard, easily maintainable and easy to read. You are able to work independently, you deliver on time and you take initiative to keep team communication alive at all times.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be generally responsible for server-side web development logic and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also take charge of integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the web; therefore, we require a basic understanding of front-end technologies as well.
Job Requirements
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Overall programming experience of minimum 3+ years
- Extensive Python experience including knowledge of Django
- Both SOAP XML and REST API web services development in Python
- Have knowledge of XPath, XSD
- Linux/Unix, MySQL, AWS
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
NICE TO HAVE:
- Knowledge of unit testing methodologies
