Job Details
- Monitor and maintain the computer systems, networks, and assemble, build desktops of AIM.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems
- Maintain computer and server listings – including but not limited to specifications, software versions, future proposed upgrades
- Support the roll-out of new applications, test and evaluate new technology
- Support colleagues through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
- Set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues (MS AX, Domain, File servers, ODoo CRM etc.)
- Manage backup and restore for all key critical servers
- Replace parts as required
Job Requirements
- Microsoft certification & IT degree may give you an advantage
- Has knowledge:
- MS SERVER
- Domain Controller
- Backup / Restore
- NAS
- MS SQL basic programming
- Skills:
- Fluent English
- Good problem solving, teamwork, detail-oriented, logical thinking
