Job Details
- Keep track status of manpower and plan for recruitment
- Search for strong and qualified candidate sources
- Be in charge of quantity and quality for recruited candidates
- Prepare periodic reports on recruitment
- Provide training and orientation for new staffs
- Follow up probation status of new employees
- Organize company recruitment events
- Related tasks upon request
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of business administration, human resource or related fields
- From 2 years of experience in recruitment
- Experience in IT industry is a big plus
- Good English skills
- Good problem solving and communication skill
- Ability of working independently and teamwork
