Job Details

We are seeking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Senior IT Recruiter for our growing team. On joining you will be part of an expanding team who are assisting goGame reach their planned growth within Vietnam. Our IT Recruiter will be responsible for:

  1. Recruitment:
  • Work closely with HR team and hiring managers to ensure recruitment need and update hiring manager about hiring status;
  • Responsible for the whole recruitment activities and deliver recruitment services;
  • Coordinate or join in indoors or outdoors recruitment events;
  • Ability to network, source and build relationships with passive candidates
  • Develop talent pool for various key positions for the identified plan;
  • Manage, update and enlarge Candidate Master List;
  • Develop recruitment strategies and perform full cycle recruiting for the company’s needs ;
  • Develop an understanding of business requirements, organization plans and candidate qualifications by establishing partnerships interviewing leads ;
  • Present employment offers by selling organization values, strengths and opportunities;
  • Maintain relationships with business networks and professional organizations in order to gain knowledge and obtain referrals;
  • Work with Recruitment Service Company to manage job posting and evaluate its effectiveness;
  • Develop strong relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization;
  • Prepare different reports to meet the status update need;
  1. Employer branding:
  • Support Marketing team to create Social media marketing, helping with creation of video based;
  • Internal marketing of initiatives to help mobilize volunteers for various initiatives.
  1. Internal event:
  • Liaise with HR and Admin to organize internal events occasionally (such as: birthday party, Christmas, Year-end party,…)

Job Requirements

The most successful candidates for this role will have a:


  • 3+ years in experience in same position
  • Strong verbal and communication, presentation skills
  • Bachelor degree (HR major is a plus)
  • Strong networking skills; energetic and outgoing personality
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proactive, takes initiative to drive and complete projects

Other skills:

  • Computer skills: Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Power Points
  • Comfortable working in an intense and high-growth startup environment
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese
  • Be professional, outgoing, goal-oriented and passionate about recruiting
