We are seeking for a dynamic and enthusiastic IT Recruiter for our growing team. On joining you will be part of an expanding team who are assisting goGame reach their planned growth within Vietnam. Our IT Recruiter will be responsible for:
- Recruitment:
- Sourcing and selecting candidates for vacancies
- Prepare pre-recruitment activities and build and develop candidate database
- Plan for promotion and advertisement activities to ensure that all recruitment requests are handled on time
- Suggest for improvement of recruiting procedures
- Employer branding:
- Assist in building relationship with Universities/Organizations, join career events, organize workshops
- Promote company brand through social network channels
- Utilize and promote internal events as a part for employer branding
IT Recruiter is reporting directly to the HR Manager
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 1+ years in experience in same position
- Strong verbal and communication, presentation skills
- Bachelor degree (HR major is a plus)
- Strong networking skills; energetic and outgoing personality
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proactive, takes initiative to drive and complete projects
Other skills:
- Computer skills: Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Power Points
- Comfortable working in an intense and high-growth startup environment
- Good command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese
- Be professional, outgoing, goal-oriented and passionate about recruiting
