[1320] Project Manager

Work directly with clients and internal teams to understand project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
Clearly define what needs to be done, what is being paid for, and how the project will be executed.
Manage the project execution process to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks.
Negotiate with stakeholders in case of changes in requirements, scope, or timelines.
Use project metrics for monitoring and evaluating progress.
Ensure issues are well-documented and addressed in long-term solutions.
Mentor and support junior team members to build a positive and high-performing team culture.

7+ years of total experience in the IT/software development industry.
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager. Previous experience as a Business Analyst is a strong plus.
Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodologies.
Proven ability to define and manage project scope effectively.
Strong prioritization, planning, and execution skills to align with business and client goals.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients and stakeholders.
Experience collaborating across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
PMP Certification is a strong advantage.
Strong written and spoken English skills.
