THE JOB BRIEF
- Guaranteed for day-to-day execution of receipt, validation and loading of retailer transaction data/ audit data in the country
- Deliver on time, error free data to Output team and StatOps
- Guarantee engagement with other production areas (locally, offshore if applicable)
- Perform and execute Input Validation process with a goal of delivering high quality and on-time data according to internal SLAs
- Review processes activities & Promote continuous process improvement
- Perform data content reviews on retailer data utilizing the appropriate platform and tools
- Provide recommendations for approval or modifications of retailer data as required
- Work closely with team lead to drive initiatives within input operations
- Support all Input Validation activity within the country and any assigned task
- Follow and monitor Data files flow from retailer and/or DA
- Analyse KPI and improve internal matrix
- Create and maintain documentation per retailer/ cycle
- Ensure SOP is followed and updated according to changes
- Interact with and provide support to our supplier partners regarding both new and existing retailers
- Supporting projects implementation
Job Requirements
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor degree
- Good at SQL/Oracle/Access, especially in writing queries.
- Drive for Results; Technical Skills; Process Management; Time management; Working under strict deadline
- Good communication in English both written and spoken
- Communicate well in Vietnamese
