Job Details
- Manage Tier 2 data support tickets
- Research and identify solutions to issues
- Accurately track issues through to resolution, within agreed SLAs
- Produce ad-hoc data entry and reports when requested
- Work closely with other support engineers to provide data support for investigating/troubleshooting data issues/incidents
- Access internal database or external resources to provide accurate solutions
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
- Provide issue trend analysis, particularly for high-risk clients or issues impacting multiple clients
- Document & update technical knowledge to the Knowledge Base and ensure relevant processes are well documented
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft products, especially Excel: be an expert at utilizing vlookups and creating pivot tables
- Highly skilled in SQL and data access technologies (NoSQL, etc.)
- Experience working with MySQL and PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as PHP and Python
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, especially around data and databases
- Proven attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organized and focused on work quality
- Presentation skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- 1-2+ years of work-related experience
- Experience in a healthcare environment is a plus
- Experience with AWS is a plus.
