Job Details

• Design, develop, test and deploy Android mobile application from the ground up using ADT, Java, Android SDK and other tools, libraries.
• Troubleshoot, optimize and tune application performance
• Work closely with a Team Leader to execute solutions
• Innovate and brainstorm new features

Job Requirements

• Passion for Android and mobile application development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.
• 1+ years of Android development.
• At least 1 functioning apps in Google Play Store.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis.
• Able to work with data from outside API’s and parse returned XML, JSON.
• Understanding of multi-threaded, event-based interface design.
• Experience with Android SDK, APIs and UI Frameworks.
• Experience with Android UI element customization.
• Experience with multiple screen-sizes (both phones and tablets) supported application.
• Experience with application that requires local database storage usage, location-based, map, animation, social networks and Google Play Store integration.
• Flexibility, creativity, good logical approach and sound thinking.
• Ability to work both in team and individually.
• Active, professional attitude with good working ethics.
