[1261] Senior Game Tester

Job Details

Your role is to make sure our products we build are bug free and deliver the highest quality for our clients and our customers.  You will be working with the developer testing new features as well as regression testing to make sure live products are not affected by the new features.

• Analyze & monitor the software development processes and methods used to ensure quality
• Ensure requirements and risks are continually either mitigated or accepted throughout the SDLC
• Enhance live operations and deployment stability, across both internal and production environments
• Propose and influence new measures and KPIs to validate and report on software quality
• Approach software development from a Black and White Box perspective.
• Responsible for adhering to department SLAs within project management (i.e. JIRA) and test related tools (i.e. TestRail)
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Experience in writing, executing and monitoring test suites using a variety of technologies including, like Unity, Unreal, or other proprietary game development tool sets.
• Be an expert in one or more software testing methodologies
• Proven ability to analyze, interpret, and action on data sets and complex workflows
• Experience with game engines, content and asset editors, and shared technologies
• Passion for games and software quality
• Good English.

• ISTQB Certified Tester Expert Level (CTEL) or equivalent
• Coding knowledge: XML/HTML, JavaScript, Python, Java, C/C++/C#, or SQL
• High-level of gaming knowledge and/or skill
• Unity, Unreal, as well as other proprietary game development toolsets
• Experience with game engines, content and asset editors, and shared technologies
