Job Details
We are looking for an experienced IT Supervisor to oversee our IT operations, support daily technical needs such as hardware installation, and ensure the smooth functioning of our systems and networks. The ideal candidate will hire and manage IT staff, coordinate system maintenance, implement security measures to protect company data and have basic programing knowledge for ERP Implementation.
- Build, supervise and support the IT team in daily operations
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networks
- Ensure cybersecurity and data protection measures are in place
- Oversee IT infrastructure upgrades and system improvements
- Manage IT inventory, licenses, and vendor relationships
- Provide technical support and training to employees
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and industry standards
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of IT experience, with at 1+ year in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, system security, and IT support
- Basic programming skills
- Experience with Windows/Linux, cloud services, and cybersecurity best practices
- Good problem-solving and leadership skills
- Proficiency in English / Chinesse is a plus.
