Job Details
- Develop and deliver features in small tasks with fast release cycles (2–3 days/demo).
- Collaborate with BA to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria before coding.
- Build, integrate, and maintain APIs, chatbot functions, and search-related modules.
- Continuously fix issues and improve performance based on customer and stakeholder feedback.
- Participate in demos and ensure each release is functional and valuable to business users.
- Contribute ideas to improve product quality and team efficiency.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in web application development.
- Proficiency in Node.js / Python for backend and React / Vue for frontend.
- Familiar with API integration, database design, and performance optimization.
- Ability to work in short cycles (2–3 days per release) and adapt to changing requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork spirit, and willingness to “fix fast.”
- Comfortable working onsite and collaborating directly with client teams.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in AI, chatbot, or search engine development.
- Exposure to Agile or startup environments with fast iterations.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of healthtech or e-commerce platforms.
