Job Details

• Automation-Driven Testing: Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance across complex systems.
• Hands-On Product Testing: Use our testing platform across real scenarios, validate its effectiveness, and provide insights to improve product quality.
• Shift-Left Approach: Collaborate early with developers and product managers to strengthen test coverage, define quality standards, and improve testability.
• Agile Participation: Actively join Scrum ceremonies, provide accurate estimations, and make sure testing aligns with sprint objectives.
• Customer-Focused Quality: Work with support and development teams to investigate issues, reproduce defects, and ensure timely fixes.
• Continuous Innovation: Explore modern testing methodologies and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, cloud testing) to optimize efficiency and results.

Job Requirements

• Solid understanding of testing principles (functional, non-functional, regression) with a strong automation mindset.
• 5+ years building and maintaining automation frameworks using tools such as Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
• Strong programming background with OOP languages (Java, Groovy, or Python).
• Experience testing web, mobile, and RESTful APIs using tools like Postman or custom scripts.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.
• Understanding of testing AI-powered features or applying AI in testing workflows.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong English communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with performance or security testing tools (e.g., JMeter, K6).
• Experience using cloud-based testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, LambdaTest, etc.).
• Agile/Scrum certifications
