Job Details
- Support front-end applications by understanding software application opportunities and issues
- Coordinate with vendor, software developers in producing timely and accurate solutions
- Handle request/incidents/problems and support changes/projects related to front-end applications
- Periodically evaluate the current IT systems/applications, propose suitable solutions to improve it
- Ensure applications work in a defined level of security
- Document, review and enhance on regular basis the technical documents/support procedures to ensure that they are up-to-date and meet auditors’ requirements
- Ensure the availability of provided application services
- Organize, document and provide training to the new team members
- Make report about availability and capacity of application on a weekly and monthly basis and as requests
- Support other task based on assignment from Line Manager
Job Requirements
SKILLS
- Analysis skill
- Strong Oracle SQL, Oracle PL/SQL
- Fluent in English communication
BACKGROUND
- 2-3 years of experience in IT, preferable in banking or financial business; experience in financial core systems card system is plus
- 3-5 years of experience in app support or solution delivery or software developer
- University degree, preferable in IT or technical areas
