We are seeking for a talented IT Administrator who loves to work in game industry. You will be working with awesome team members to realizing high-level concepts and bring that same success to the rest of the world.
You will be responsible for the daily system administration, monitoring, supporting and maintenance, backup, recovery and serving of the company IT system; servers, network and cloud infrastructure. The goal is to maximize service level uptime, reliable performance and game services availability to all users
As a member of the IT Operation team in GO GAME Vietnam, your day-to-day responsibilities consists of:
- Conduct installation, configuration, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of all system hardware and software in sever, network and cloud infrastructure.
- Service all Office IT matters including domain management, system procurement, communication tools, user account management, access control and desktop support.
- Monitor system and network performance, provide availability and security management.
- Manage and update all network device operating system and firmware, upkeep all firewall rules and manage VPN across different network.
- Ensure disaster recovery plan and strategy are in place for all critical systems.
- Work with the team to optimize new policy, procedure and workflow for current systems and new projects to ensure seamless continuity.
- Manage inventory, maintenance contract, vendor communication and upkeep all documentation.
- Ensure all hardware and software comply with organization and industry standard.
Report directly to Operation Director (Singaporean)
Job Requirements
The most successful candidates for this role will have a:
General Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, or equivalent
- Minimum 3-year experience of an end-user support, server and network administration.
Technical Skills:
- Experience in Network Administration and management.
- Experience in deployment and management of virtualize platform and cloud technology.
- Experience in Windows OS, OS X, Linux, Centos, Ubuntu, Open Source tools and scripting.
- Experience in Database Software; relational, NoSQL, Caching and Data Warehousing.
- Able to project management, technical documentation and organize resources to deliver critical timelines.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in Amazon Web Service (AWS) or Google Computer Engine (GCE) is a plus.
- Experience in a mobile gaming industry is a big plus.
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
