- Prepare and update Job description
- Schedule interviews, prepare Job offer letter and Probation contract
- Prepare Freelancer contract, confidential agreement, annex contract, etc
- Setup Probation period review, 30 days and 60 days for employees with Managers
- Report recruitment status to Manager
- Collect all required employee’s paperwork prior at the time of signing labor contract
- Developing and updating the candidate data in Company’s system;
- Building and updating all Job description for every position;
- Extend recruiting network to social media such as Facebook, Viber, LinkedIn…
Job Requirements
- Having at least 1 years experience of recruitment in IT industry
- Big plus for Headhunter experience
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Solid knowledge of principles and practices of human resources administration
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of the English and Vietnamese languages
- Self-motivated, committed, confident, hard working, and responsible
- Able to work in team and individually
