Job Details

• Managing the LS Retail product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
• Apply LS Retail and POS expertise and knowledge in the identification, sales, and delivery of Retail/POS Solutions
• Prepare and develop high-level solutions to meet business requirements
• Prepare, maintain, and evangelize the product roadmap which defines product enhancements
• Support business user
• Perform design and analysis as well as develop additional LS Retail functions and features
• Make recommendations for future Retail and POS enhancements to meet changing Retail/POS industry and specific business needs
• Responsible for the demonstration of LS Retail and POS features, functionality, and system capabilities
• Provide the development plan for customize features.
• Manage new module development based on the approval of CIO

Job Requirements

• Must have at least 5 years’ experience with LS Retail software
• Have knowledge about Microsop Sharepoint
• Have experience in programming LS Retail
• Understand intergrated process API with Oracle, Apple.
• Previous operational experience working in a Retail environment in a technology or consulting capacity
• Experience with various user elicitation techniques
• Familiarity with Agile, lean development methodologies highly preferred
• Leadership qualities, including meeting facilitation, time management, organization skills, and ability to influence others
• Experience with analyzing complex issues and delivering appropriate solutions
• Work well under pressure and be able to prioritize to meet deadlines and quickly shift priorities as necessary.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and demonstrate keen attention to details.
• Ability to communicate with diplomacy and tact and communicate ideas including responding to resistance and criticism.
• Team player attitude is mandatory.
• Positive attitude and demonstrated optimism are necessary.
• Project management skills to understand project plans and aid in communication to others are beneficial.
