Job Details
We are currently looking for a CTO with experience in a wide range of technologies who would like to be part of building smart home/city projects. You will work closely with all products and partners and build scalable solutions that incorporates future architectural designs. You will partially work on our smart home/city products & building a recommendation social media platform that we will pilot in our project and then scale to the rest of Vietnam.
- Work closely with management & partners on smart city strategy for long term projects.
- Consult on the technological roadmap.
- Develop, implement, and operate core services and assets of projects, including our resident app and our social media loyalty program, etc
- Manage a development team of 10-15 developers initially and grow their capabilities. Possibility to start own team as well.
- Recruit talent & build multiple new engineering teams to tackle our exciting problems.
- Identifies focus areas with high business impact to incorporate in transformational roadmaps.
We’re willing to offer:
- Salary range between VND 50 – 100 million (negotiable).
- Bonuses based on projects.

Job Requirements
- 5-10 years of hands-on technical leadership and people management experience.
- Professional with the technical component of the domains.
- Able to make architecture decisions at team and product level.
- Understanding of developer workflow & comfortable with frequent releases, testing, and deployment.
- Strong communication skills with ability to align organization on complex technical decisions.
- Sought out as a mentor and coach for developers across the organization & ability to effectively drive organizational design and change.
- Driven and passionate individual who inspires teammates to reach their maximum potential.
