Job Details
- – Act as Scrum Master for one or several scrum teams
- – Facilitate daily stand up, sprint planning and all other scrum rituals (backlog grooming, estimation, retrospectives, release planning, etc.)
- – Ensure development teams are following the core agile principles
- – Remove impediments that would prevent the team from achieving its sprint goals (internal to the team as well as external, dealing with all cross functional teams as appropriate)
- – Coach product managers on Iterative development and value driven decisions
- – Lead the team and organisation on how to use Agile/Scrum practices
- – Promote the use of engineering best practices to improve the quality of the product.
Job Requirements
- – Demonstrated expertise in project and program management knowledge/skills
- – Strong understanding of software development processes
- – Experience within a mature Agile organization, with expert understanding of Scrum
- – Servant leadership style and values coaching for performance
- – Intrinsically motivated with a high level of ownership for team results
- – Expert verbal and written English and Vietnamese language skills
- – Solid foundational technical education
- – Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
- – At least 3 years years experience working in Scrum/Agile.
- – Passion on build a awesome product and commercial success. – Professional Scrum Master certification is a big plus
