Job Details

• – Responsible for building structure project.
• – Implementation on construction sites of project, associated tools, processes and procedures to ensure site activities are appropriately controlled and monitored for the satisfactory progression of the projects.
• – Planning, scheduling and overall budgetary responsibility for the project ensuring that projects remain on time schedule and within budget.
• – Provide and review estimation based on project requirement.
• – Manage projects, tasks following the expected deadline and requirements.
• – Optimization projects base on market condition, business income.
• – Directly manage project team to ensure quality management outcomes in pre-construction, construction, commissioning, hand-over and post-construction.
• – Manage member’s workload to allocate appropriate resources into projects.
• – Overall management of project team including the recruitment, mentoring, performance management and support of team members.

Job Requirements

• – College degree or above, with major in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
• – At least 5 years of experience in software development project.
• – At least 3 years of experience in project manager or team leader role.
• – Experienced with that projects related digital, e-commerce,… (prefer communication & advertising, entertainment).
• – Well organized, good time management, logical thinking.
• – Strong experience in project planning, tracking, requirement management, risk management.
• – Minimum Intermediate level in full skill English.
• – Able to leadership skills, ensuring teams are well motivated, organized, able to provide clear direction.
• – Advanced technical abilities in project management, with the ability to train and mentor others to develop further their skills in tendering, contract management, safety, quality management, planning and scheduling.
• – Experienced to develop web platform for online users, high requirement of reponsive, stability, performance.
