- • Recruitment and selection: expertise in mass recruitment, job posting, screening, test, interview, welcoming new staff on board.
- • Be responsible of recruitment process from the beginning to the end.
- • Set up & develop a talent pool of candidate in advance based on the recruitment plan of the company.
- • Build a networking in IT outsourcing industry, deploy the relationship of the employee to get more candidate.
- • Analyze the recruitment need, make the report, follow up of recruitment.
- • Coordinate and join recruitment events: career day, job fairs, campus recruitment
- • Employee engagement: active role in creating and maintaining a motivated working environment.
- • Others HR administration task.
- – Good command of English and Vietnamese. Written and spoken
- – Good interpersonal and communication skills
- – Organizational, problem solving and analytical skills

- – Familiar with both foreign and Vietnamese working environment
- – Discretion and respect for confidentiality
- – Minimum 3 years’ experience working with recruitment especially in IT industry
- – Good searching skill, autonomous, creative
- – Communication: Intermediate / Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
