In order to expand our business in Vietnam, we are looking for Senior Recruitment Consultants with experience in IT industry and a “can do” attitude to join our team. Job Requirements
You will report directly to managers in HCMC office.You will be required to:
• Use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking for finding, building and developing relationships with clients to generate commercial opportunities and ensure sales target
• Understand job specifications, which are provided by clients and may also advise clients on market trends, recruitment tools and techniques
• Source suitable candidates, preliminary interview and present shortlist to clients
• Manage process from interview to offer, reference check stage and beyond
• Stay up-to-date with talent market movement, especially in IT industry
To be suitable for this role you must have at least 3 year experience in IT recruitment agencies combined with the following:
• Strong self-motivated and result-oriented
• Good communication and negotiation
• Able to work independently or in team
• English communication, both in writing or verbal.
