Job Details

  • To present the company’s services and products professionally via conference call or face-to-face meeting
  • To identify new business opportunities
  • To build relationship with potential customers
  • To respond to inbound leads via email or conference call
  • To manage client expectations, arbitrate and solve customer’s objections
  • To accelerate existing customer’s growth with the company’s services
  • To negotiate the terms of an agreement (including costs, delivery dates, scope of services) and closing sales
  • To manage customer data on CRM system

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise or B2B sales
  • Can demonstrate ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Understanding of ecommerce / digital and retail
  • Must have strong skills in the following: communication, presentation skills, negotiation, organizational and attention to detail
  • Proficient networker. Ability to develop and leverage relationships with senior industry leaders and key influencers
  • Proven new business development skills and sales quota attainment track record
  • Experience with cross-cultural workplace is a plus
