Job Details

  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and make sure of technical feasibility
  • Make sure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope & budget; maintain product quality (Abivin vRoute) and bring great customer satisfaction
  • Assemble and lead project team (Scrum methods preferred) to make sure the most important and urgent tasks are completed first, engage the whole team into common project goal
  • Manage great relationship with the client and all stakeholders; establish and maintain good relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Develop a detailed plan to monitor project progress, measure member performance
  • Use appropriate techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs, to minimize risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Report and escalate to CEO as needed

Job Requirements

  • Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development, web/mobile/server technologies
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Suite
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
