As a Python Developer at Rainmaker Labs, you will be critical to the success of our flagship product Holler, as a key member of our talented and friendly team.
You will work on front-end HTML, CSS and JavaScript as well as development operations. Your experience will help guide our development and technology stack and help scale it up to hundreds of thousands of business users or more with high availability.
Your ideas will have a big impact.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop the systems to meet high performance and extensibility
- Create APIs to interact with other systems
- Research and apply techniques to meet users’ requirements
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work with an international team
- Must be creative and self-disciplined, with strong attention to detail
- Must be proactive and adapt quickly to change
- Must be able to read and comprehend English documentations.
Job Requirements
- At least 1-year experience in Python (Django) is required
- Good knowledge in HTML/ XHTML/ CSS3, Javascript, Bootstrap, Sass, Jquery, Ajax
- Experience in J2EE & Web-socket technology is a plus
- Ability to create the library to reuse and solve the performance and security
- Familiar with RESTFul Web Services
- Good experience in solving performance on PostgreSQL/MySQL and designing database
- Good knowledge of OOP and Design Patterns
- Work with version control system such as: Git
- Experience in Agile Scrum working process is a plus
- Ability to understand and master new technologies quickly
- Strong focus on quality and generating results
- Excellent written and oral communications
