QA Automation Engineer

ZALORA is looking for a QA Automation Engineer:

Responsibility:

Responsible for automation of functional and non-functional test cases across different platforms like desktop, web-mobile, android and iOS.
Work closely with developers & functional QA to ensure full test coverage for all requirements
Ensure test runs are performed on daily overnight basis using open source continuous integration tools like Jenkins.
Ensure all issues are logged as defect, blocker & critical issues tracked through to closure.

Clear communication and coordination with the QA/Development Manager and the Development team is vital.

2 to 3 years of experience in Automation testing.
Experienced in writing test scripts for Web-Based Applications and Relational Databases.
Strong in basics and best practises in used in test automation and scripting.
Experience in using tools like Cucumber will be an added advantage
Strong Initiative, Innovation, Organization, and attention to detail are essential
Experience in programming language like Ruby and Python will be an advantage
Strong customer service and client relations skills
Experience collaborating with others in QA/Development to deliver shared results
Technical understanding of business application systems and their underlying hardware
Ability to interact with all levels of staff and upper management in both business and technical areas
Experience with E-ccommerce and Retail would be desirable although not mandatory
