Job Details
- Technical customer support for company VoIP solutions
- Testing, troubleshooting and deployment of VoIP equipments such as IP-Phones, IP-PBX
- Testing, troubleshooting and deployment of company VoIP solutions
- Working with VoIP equipment manufacturers to test and ensure their products are in compliance with company VoIP solutions
- Working with SQL queries for reporting and data mining
Job Requirements
- Experience in VoIP working environment at least 1 year. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Experience in SIP, SIP-TLS, RTP, SRTP required
- Experience in SQL required
- Experience in configuring and troubleshooting IP-Phones, IP-PBX required
- Network configuration and troubleshooting (routers, switches, firewalls) experience required
- Knowledge of network security best practices
- CCNA or other network certification would be a plus
- Familiarity with Linux
