Job Details
- Understand customer business process and needs.
- Analyse customer business process and needs.
- Control change requests.
- Create high level features list, detailed product specification and mockup for development.
- Create related documents such as manual guide.
- Support UAT testing.
- Take part in building BA working process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/IT or related field.
- Good at reading and writing skills in English/ Vietnamese.
- Knowledge of SDLC
- Communicate effectively with other people.
- Good at analysis skill.
- Ability to learn new thing quickly and adapt to changes effectively.
- Problem solving skill.
