Our product has over 100 million gobal users and till growing. We are excited to begin operations in Ho Chi Minh City and are looking to build a smart team that will be building the future of our product.
We’re looking for a Head of Technologies, who will help us to build our new development team in HCM city.
- Architect and Code highly scalable E-Commerce, HTML5 Editor/Builder & Canvas Editor/ Builder. Evaluate and employ Machine Learning capabilities as needed
- Be the technology owner for the business, involved in strategic and operational decision making
- Understand and convey the product vision to the team and drive initiatives to achieve them
- Responsible for hiring, mentoring, development and managing entire team of engineers to grow a high performance engineering organization
- Ensuring technology teams deliver major initiatives that drive our customer growth
- Participate in product team iteration planning, release planning, and coordination of dependencies
- Work closely with Product and Business teams to understand and track to closure product designs, enhancements, and changes
- Management of roadmap milestone deliveries
- Create, communicate and ensure compliance of high coding standards
- Drive DevOps to ensure appropriate monitoring, alerting, incident management, and problem resolution for products and services
- Understand Users & Drive conversions by employing analytics & User behavior
Job Requirements
- About 8 – 10 years of work experience on design, architect, build and deploy large-scale and high-traffic products (both Front-end and Back-end)
- Must have hands on experience in HTML5, Reactjs, Nodejs, Aws, & Micro services (MEAN Stack)
- Experience in LAMP Stack
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Slack, Confluence
- Good knowledge in Ecommerce, Saas, Editing Tools
- Knowledge of Integrations with various Third party CRM
- Strong communication, planning, critical thinking, and organizing skills required. Must be able to understand users, analyze data, solve problems, make decisions, and continuously improve
- Ability to work under pressure with time constraints
- Interest in Machine Learning is a Plus
