Job Details
- Interact with sales & marketing team to identify opportunities, optimizing the effectiveness of sales force
- Perform special projects in support of key CRM/ERP initiatives
- Support users by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to reports, dashboards, views, access/visibility, system errors, feature request data quality and other general questions related to use of the system
- Manage onboarding of new users
- Assist with the development of training materials and user documentation
- Train and provide ongoing support to users to maximize usage
- Manage all lead scoring and interaction tracking
- Analyze weekly and monthly channel KPIs, O2C process and report with recommended adjustments
- Analyzing & be connection of database between commercial & financial/controlling
- Analyzing to balance between the cost investment for system & the result delivering
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology
- Good at SQL, database, ERP system
- Communicate in English fluently
