goGame Vietnam is looking for experienced DevOps Engineer for our Vietnam office with the following responsibilities:
- Gather requirements, system design, preempt server needs and reduce downtime for servers
- Create, implement, deploy, maintain and troubleshoot software systems
- Develop high-scale/ high-load/ distributed solutions
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize deployment efficiency
- Automation of the deployment tools for speed and stability of the servers
Job Requirements
General Requirements:
- Certificate/ Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant working experience in maintaining, deployment of production system
Technical Skills:
- Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration with advanced shell scripting
- Hands-on experience with automation/configuration management, virtualization and fine tuning of servers
- Have knowledge and experience using AWS and/ or other cloud services
- Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies
- Hands-on experience with one of programming languages such as Bash, Java, PHP, Python, Perl, Ruby
- Have knowledge and experience with monitoring systems such as Sensu, Nagios, Grafana, Graphite, InfluxDB
- Have knowledge of router/switch or load balancer configuration
Other Skills:
- Good written and verbal English communication
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, independent-thinker, result-oriented and responsible in work
- Co-operative, careful, meticulous and patient
