Job Details

• Consulting / installation / testing / maintenance / management system of machines, fixed assets, server, equipment (wifi, camera) for HCM office.
• Supports setup of equipment for events
• Install software, support the setup working environment for everyone in the office
• Participate in internal project implementation on Zoho platform, have logical thinking and programming love.
• CI / CD – (continuous integration)/ (continuous deployment) can be deployed to support the project

Job Requirements

• 1 – 2 years of relevant technical experience.
• Strong network knowledge, experience in installing / configuring hardware & software.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience with firewalls, open-source software, Windows and Linux Servers, Active Directory, mail servers, antivirus, and data backups.
• Honest, hard working, and good at communication.
• Ready to provide support and work past regular office hours as necessary.
