- • Install, configure and maintain systems and applications
- • Managing incidents and problems on a daily basis to minimize downtime on customer activities
- • Understand customer demands and propose best solutions
- • Troubleshoot system and applications issues
- • Maintaining documents, procedures and technical guides
- • Report to the team leader about activities and projects
Job Requirements

- • Very good knowledge in the following technologies:
- • System: – Managing patching and package management, users and permissions. Disks, LVM and filesystems, OS-level networking
- • Internet Solutions:- WEB: Apache, Nginx, Varnish, CDN: Akamai, CloudFront- Applications: PHP, FPM, Common PHP frameworks, Magento, WordPress, Hybris- DB and storage: MySQL, Cloud RDS, Redis
- • Internet Protocols: – DNS, HTTP, SSL/TLS
- • Open Source Solutions
- • Communication: Intermediate / Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
- • Team player
Having knowledge and experience in the following technologies is an advantage:
- • Scripting (Perl / Python / Bash)
- • Automation tools (Chef / Puppet / Ansible)
- • Cloud, Virtualization and containers (AWS, Azure, Aliyun, VMware, openstack docker)
Experience:
- • At least 2 years of experience in Linux/Unix administration
- • Availability to work on shifts system
- • Good English skills (written and spoken)
