Job Details
General Purpose
- Responsible for managing the product throughout the product lifecycle from planning to execution in support of organizational strategy and objectives.
- Receive requirements about products of an Payment, Coupon and Loyalty System targeted for retailers for Southeast Asia which HQ is in Singapore and prepare man-hours breakdown estimate to complete each project.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Help team members understand project requirements, required changes, or new functional additions correctly.
- Working out project timeline with team members, follow up to ensure project timeline and work quality is met.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Research and Analysis
- Research and analyze market conditions in Asia (Singapore for a start)
- Identify key competitor and consumer trends in Asia (Singapore for a start) market
- Articulate market requirements and opportunitiesIdentify opportunities for product innovation and product enhancements
- Work with research regarding product development
- Product Planning and Management
- Prepare product documents including Market Requirement Documents and product use cases to drive product activity
- Oversee product development
Job Requirements
- Have experience with QR Code payment solution, Coupon and Loyalty System, Social Messaging Applicationis an advantage.
- Plus Point to be able to communication in Chinese (Mandarin) in terms of Reading and Typing.
- Have ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Good Project Management skills: resource planning, risk management, quality control.
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.Conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
- Manage project plans in support of cross-functional teams.At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
