Job Details
- Manage multiple projects across all project phases including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure,
- Create, manage and track project cycles including but not limited to project schedules, detailed project plans, project scope statements, cost estimates, resource plans, risk and issues logs, status reports,
- Good technical background to support the team present their views to external customers, also make decisions and communicate trade-offs and risks,
- Provide status reports to account managers, clients and management,
- Coach and train project team members on Software Development processes and best practices,
- Evaluate and manage team members’ performance, provide them with valid and constructive feedback/ recognition,
- Improve engagement of team members, take main charge in identifying possible negative concerns and resolving them. Work with HR or higher management if needed,
- Take part in Recruitment processes for the Company as a functional interviewer/ test creator as required.
Job Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related engineering or technical field,
- 3+ years of practical professional experience in project management,
- Fundamental understanding of web-based systems programming and development;
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional project teams,
- Proven experience in project estimation, budget control, people management and risk management,
- Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities,
- Strong communication and client facing skills,
- Strong interpersonal skills to gain cooperation from a wide variety of sources including senior management, team members and other departments,
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under high-pressure.
