Techcom Securities (TCBS) is seeking some Quality Engineers who will help to assure our products and technology solutions are designed and built in accordance with company standards and customer requirements.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Empower developers confidently doing testing by providing: training, tools & environments
- Assist the teams to efficiently deliver high quality product
- Keep eyes on teams’ output & identify opportunities for improvements
- Foresee & prevent problems
Job Requirements
Technical Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related filed
- Ability to interpret code (depend on the techstack) & trouble-shoot issues
- Efficiency in applying Testing techniques such as boundary testing, etc.
- Experience in white box testing
- Efficiency in test planning & execution
- Full knowledge of Test Data management, Exploratory testing, Non-functional testing and the abilities to apply where applicable
- Ability to read & understand shell scripts
- Experience in evaluating tools / frameworks is desirable
- Experience in a Devops environment is desirable
- Ability to code is desirable
- Experience in developing or working in collaboration with developers to create test automation suites is desirable
Soft skills:
- Understand and have basic knowledge of Agile principles
- A quick & self-learner
- Good in communication & influencing, such as the abilities to provide feedbacks to developers or abilities to question / challenge where applicable
- Critical thinker
