Job Details

• • Make key architectural decisions on critical processing and project/program issues and escalate appropriately
• • Create comprehensive technical approach documents for both small and large projects.
• • Develop architectures that are inherently secure, robust, scalable and modular.
• • Be responsible for the optimization of development practices and environments
• • Provide hands-on assistance through code reviews and providing reference examples
• • Troubleshoot for performance, scalability and availability issues for integrated solutions, and debugging production problems
• • Establish software development patterns and best practices via examples.
• • Ensure that all relevant project teams follow a common set of principles and patterns and utilize a standard set of technology frameworks and libraries

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mobile, web front end & back end development technologies in general.
• Extensive hands on design/coding experience/skills using Java/PHP/.Net/C++ with elegant coding abilities and ability to develop solid prototypes or core components quickly.
• Experience in designing high-performing, scalable systems, including both software and infrastructure. • Experience in building data driven frameworks and solutions.
• Experienced with cloud-based technologies, especially AWS.
• Experienced in architecting, developing and deploying microservices.
• Good at designing architecture to meet specific non-functional requirements (performance, security …)
• Excellent technical documentation and diagramming skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills required.
• Very fast learner
• “Can do” attitude
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, dedication, and commitment
