Job Details
● Lead a 5-10 person team of developers (frontend, backend, full-stack) in planning,
architecting, and building our audio platform and audio tools
● Be willing to dive into code yourself to implement new features, fix bugs, and code
review

● Work well with product managers, leadership, and UI / UX / designers
● Mentor, train, and develop the team for world-class performance
● Be comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced, frequently changing environment
● Help founders and leadership make decisions about strategy and product roadmap
Job Requirements
● Fluent in Vietnamese
● Proficient in English
● 5 years of experience developing mobile or full-stack applications (our tech stack is
primarily React Native, although we intend to develop native mobile apps in the near
future)
● Experience scaling technology products and services to large userbases (a minimum of
100K DAUs)
● Experience managing teams from ideation to deployment to refactoring/optimization
● Server-side / Middleware experience (REST API services, microservices)
● Working experience and best practices with React Native libs, React Component,
AsyncStorage, Redux
