Who’s who in the zoo?

You’ll be reporting into the Technical Director and work closely with our development team in China and the development team in HCMC. On a daily basis you will also collaborate with Product Owners in their respective countries and the Product Design and DevOps teams based in the regional office in Singapore.

What kind of fun will you get up to at GoBear?

  • – You will optimize and refine the practice of agility
  • – Assist the Product Owners with effective Backlog Management
  • – Coach and assist the Product Owners in writing small, well-defined User Stories
  • – Establish agile work processes within the development teams
  • – Ensure that the development teams achieve delivery of high-quality software at a predictable rate of productivity
  • – Establish and maintain agile work processes across Product Design and Development
  • – Coordinate feedback and documentation between Product Design and Development

Job Requirements

Got skills?

  • A solid understanding of English (written and oral)
  • – A nuanced understanding of not only Scrum but at least one other methodology e.g. Extreme Programming, Kanban etc.
  • – Working knowledge and experience in how techniques like TDD, Continous Integration, Continuous Delivery and Pair Programming impact the software process
  • – At least 5 years experience working in a Scrum Master (or equivalent) role
  • – Some Software Development experience as member of an agile team is preferred
  • – Some experience in an Agile Coaching or Trainer role is preferred
  • – A bachelors degree in either Computer Science or the Arts is preferred Page 2 of 2
