Job Details

• Create test plans for unit, integration and user acceptance
• Liaise with developers, business analysts and consultants to resolve testing issues
• Document test cases with objectives and acceptance criteria
• Execute test cases for system and integration testing
• Help maintain a testing knowledge base
• Promote and establish automated test cases whenever appropriate
• Create and manage test data
• Report progress on QA aspects of projects, tracking defects, anomalies and improvement opportunities
• Assist with performance testing of software products
• Contribute to product ideas and give feedback on usability and design
• Manage personnel and resources to assist with testing
• Collaborate on and improve QA processes

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a software test lead
• Strong organisational, people, analytical and problem solving capabilities
• Ability to quickly learn and apply complex new technologies
• Working knowledge of Agile and SCRUM approaches
• Ability to use JIRA for task management
• Can handle multiple tasks and prioritise work
• Excellent communication skills
