Job Details
The role responsibilities include but are not limited to:-
- Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy
- Collaborate with the Software Engineer team and Product team to ensure consistent product test cases execution
- Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products
- Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
Job Requirements
If you can accomplish the above, then you’ve got what it takes. Realistically though, you’ll need:
- At least 8 years’ work experience in software quality assurance
- At least 4 years’ experience leading a testing team
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools like Selenium
- Experience in iOS, Android, Web and API testing
- Solid knowledge of SQL, Python is a plus
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Very good English communication, IELTS 7.0 or equivalent is a plus
